Growing Visual Business Intelligence Software Company Shares Keys to Success

Dapresy, a Swedish-based visual business intelligence software company, has become a global success over the past few years. This is due largely in part to their CEO & Co-Founder, Tobi Andersson's hardworking attitude and bootstrapping methodology. Dapresy now has offices in 6 countries and clients in over 20 countries. Their VBI software is being used by large companies such as TNS, DSS, Kantar Media, CBC, and more.

Tobi and Dapresy North America's President, Rudy Nadilo were recently interviewed by the founder of One Million by One Million to share their keys to success for future entrepreneurs.

Tobi Andersson's Key to Success

Tobi began his career as an agriculturist with a passion for IT. After realizing the market research industry desperately needed a new way to visualize data, he created a visual business intelligence platform that could support the visual needs of the market. When asked about his success, Tobi responded with the following:

"When I graduated from school, I had no debt. I’d been working during nights and studying in the day. I was in a very good position to start my first job. That is something that I want to tell the generation reading this. It seems that people think that becoming an entrepreneur and creating a company is very easy. I can tell you that if you’re going to be successful, you can’t rely on luck. There is only one way to create a company and that is to work hard. You need to put in place very good work ethics very early."

Rudy Nadilo's Key to Success

Rudy has been in the market research industry for 20 years, and is recognized as the leading force behind Greenfield Online - a company that brought technology to bear on marketing research through the pioneering use of the Internet. He has used his experience and knowledge to exponentially grow Dapresy's North American branch every year since 2013. Rudy's advice for aspiring entrepreneurs is:

"I believe you just have to be brutally focused. The word 'no' doesn’t exist. I know it’s cliché, but it doesn’t exist. You can’t take no for an answer. There’s a brick wall. You have to go through it, under it, over it, or around it."
